Descriptif du poste

Nous recrutons pour le compte de l'un de nos clients, multinationale industrielle leader mondial dans son secteur d'activité, un BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER et ce pour la filiale du groupe au Qatar.

1. Responsible for developing new business avenues for QICC
2. Accountable for achieving Sales targets as approved by Director of Sales, Marketing & Business 3. Development and QICC's Management
4. Prepare and conduct intensive market research and gathering of customer data/information, product development and distribution
5. Develop new business strategies, conduct market analysis, and develop new and improved methods for marketing products through various new and traditional media
6. Assess territory potential and realistic market share responsibilities
7. Assists in the analysis of pricing and margins
8. Demonstrate an innovative approach to developing sound profitable business and present convincing financial and business arguments to High-Profile Customers
9. Plan and implement corporate advertising plans
10. Prepare qualification file, company brochures and other marketing materials and to keep them updated
11. Follow the company approval procedures with the end users for both consultants in Qatar as well as the export markets
12. Manage regular visit to the current end users and consultants to collect upcoming project details and ensure that QICC/Nexans is on the approved vendor lists of their projects
13. Make a courtesy visits to the existing clients to be able to make customer satisfaction reports 
14. Resolve escalated issues and recommends corrective measures to address customer complaints/request. 
15. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Profil recherché

1. A graduate of Business Management or Electrical Engineering course with minimum of 4-5 years of experience working in Manufacturing company preferably cable company
2. Project management ability around business process improvements, change management and systems improvements.
3. Demonstrate leadership skills, with great attention to detail and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Intermediate computer skills, with strong working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
