Nous recrutons pour le compte de l'un de nos clients, multinationale industrielle leader mondial de son secteur d'activité, un Business Development Manager Anglophone Expert et ce à Casablanca.

- Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage sales and projects business opportunities that will contribute to the organization's sort and long-term business goals.
- Manage market research or analysis projects: evaluate findings, prepare reports and make recommendations to senior management about the viability of alternative opportunities.
- Establish long-term professional relationships with potential clients, customers and partners (for example in government or industry associations) to promote the organization's products and services.
- Lead meetings and negotiations with potential clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities and protect the organization's business interests.
- Refer sales leads and customer feedback to appropriate contacts within the organization and liaise with other functional and operational area members to ensure that these referrals are followed-up promptly.
- In liaison with the Country Manager and KAM Co-ordinator, develop and execute local Key Account sales strategy and plan.
- Maintain and develop relationships and penetration within ?Fortune 500? or national equivalent benchmark.
- Drive penetration within Key Accounts in liaison with European KAM Co-ordinator and KAM European team.
- Engage closely with key Multinational Consultants and System Integrators, building strong business and personal relations.
- Monitor competition sales/marketing activities and price levels, and provide relevant information.
- Maintain comprehensive customer data via CRM.
- Provide feedback to the organisation on customer demand and needs.
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction with the quality of products and services.
- Perform any other duties within the scope of the role.
- Comply with the organization policies and procedures.

Profil recherché

- Master with 7 years of experience with senior management down through IT/Facility Management staff within multinational accounts, consultants and system integrators.
- Strong established relations with key personnel within key accounts, consultants and system integrators. Proven ability to sell and specify technical solutions at all levels of an organization by demonstrating significant business process improvements (strategic selling).
- Good network systems knowledge including cabling, network equipment, network management, technologies and trends.
- Languages: fluent in French, English
